Support with coronial autopsy research

Leverhulme Trust funded exploratory research entitled ‘Investigating Unexpected Death: Values and Attitudes in Coronial Autopsies’

Dr Imogen Jones, who is an academic at the University of Leeds, is conducting Leverhulme Trust funded exploratory research entitled ‘Investigating Unexpected Death: Values and Attitudes in Coronial Autopsies’.

Her project aims to explore the factors which influence the practice of coronial pathologists and anatomical pathology technologists in carrying out coronial autopsies. Part of this involves interviewing APTs and coronial pathologists about their views and experiences. Further information about the project and what would be involved in participating is included in the attached information sheet.

APTs are welcome to to support the research. Please do therefore considering responding by email to Imogen’s call for participation
