AAPT Council Elections 2026 – Council Nominees Announced
The Association of Anatomical Pathology Technology (AAPT) is pleased to announce the nominees for election to the AAPT Council for 2026.
Following the close of nominations, five nominations were received for the nine Council vacancies available. As the number of nominations does not exceed the number of vacancies, there will be no ballot this year.
The nominees are:
- Tania Fernandes
- Robert Cast
- Frazer Rowlings-Ward
- Wynnona Dewbery
- Jessica Arnold
The nominations will now be presented for formal ratification at the AAPT Annual General Meeting, which will take place following the main programme of the AAPT Annual Educational Event (AEE) in Sheffield on Saturday 26 September 2026.
We are delighted to welcome our prospective new Council members and thank them for putting themselves forward to support the Association. Their willingness to contribute their time, expertise and enthusiasm is greatly appreciated, and we look forward to working with them as they help shape the future of the AAPT.
