Former AAPT Chairman Robert McNeil MBE was Lead Technologist for the United Nations in Bosnia. Today, as Ratko Mladic finally stands trial for war crimes, Mr McNeil gives a frank account on his role during the aftermath of the 1995 Srebrenica massacre which took place during the final days of the 1992-95 Balkans conflict.
