Paediatric Autopsy Pathology Course
This 1 day course will be run by the Paediatric and Perinatal Pathology Consultants based at the Cellular Pathology Department, St Thomas’ Hospital.
The course will provide a comprehensive overview of the perinatal and paediatric post mortem examination. It will include an evidence-based overview of the role of the perinatal and paediatric pathologist in this multi-disciplinary field of practice.
This course provides participants with an opportunity to gain insight into the procedures and processes of the perinatal and paediatric post mortem examination, including forensic examinations. Formulating a cause of death will also be discussed.
