isoTracker from Lennox Hill is a web-based online quality management software solution with Document Control, Audit and Competency Testing that is easy to use, simple to set up and quick to pay for itself.
It helps the healthcare industry to set up, maintain and progress compliance with standards such as CPA. It also provides always on availability from any location with strict security and permission hierarchies.
Lennox Hill continues to expand and upgrade the isoTracker quality management system. The Competency Testing module is the fourth module that makes up isoTracker and follows a recent addition of SSL encryption as a security add-on.
The launch of the Competency Testing module introduces the following important features to isoTracker:

- Scheduling Assessments and running the tests online from any location
- Automatic grading of Multiple Choice tests with manual grading of Short Answer tests

- Sending out Non-Conformances, Corrective Actions and/or Preventive Actions on failed Assessments
- Maintaining a full Training record of all past Assessments for all staff members
In keeping with the concept of a hosted application, the new Competency Testing module will permit Assessments to be easily constructed from one location by a Trainer and to be run, just as easily, anywhere in the world by the Trainee.
"The addition of the Competency Testing module completes the implementation of the first phase of the isoTracker standards management software suite which also includes modules in Document Control, Complaints Management and Audits. The plan is now to add additional features to each of the four modules to broaden the scope of isoTracker while at the same time maintaining its ‘easy-to-use’ benefits" said Christopher Stainow, Chief Executive of Lennox Hill Ltd.
Lennox Hill has also announced that it has started testing an upgrade to its Document Control module and has started working on version 2.0 of its Customer Complaints module. The upgrade to the Customer Complaints module will give it an enterprise potential with greater flexibility, increased features and improved reports. This module will continue to integrate into the Non-Conformance and CAPA request features of isoTracker. Finally, it will also increase its "easy-to-use" benefits.

William Kenyon Group recently purchased a Polyurethane Foaming injection plant in Italy, and now produce their own Polyurethane Coldrooms in White Stelvite or Stainless Steel, Commercial Refrigerators and Refrigeration Monoblock units, sold under the Kenyon Umbrella. This decision was taken for Kenyon to be in complete control of its Coldroom and refrigerator sector, without relying on suppliers outside the group. We will from January 2011 offer our Coldrooms and Refrigerators to the Trade in general.
