Mortuary manager: MTO5 job description

Mortuary and Post Mortem Managers Job Descriptions

Accompanying notes for below descriptions

"Developed this JD for our Mortuary Manager. She is directly responsible to the Consultant Histopathologist I've included her SIQ as well which is used by the job matching panels
across the Trust. Hope it is useful. Job Matching Panel did not match this JD as there wasn't a national profile so it will probably end up being JAQ'd"

"Attached is the job description for the Head MTO in the mortuary at Winchester. It has been sent through the job matching process but no answer has come out at the other end yet! I'm confident it will be subject to a JAQ as, in my view anyway, it doesn't fit any of the Band 3/4/5 profiles for mortuary staff currently in use."

Electronic Agenda for Change (AfC) Job Analysis Questionnaire now available
A new electronic version of the AfC Job Analysis Questionnaire (JAQ) is now available. This new version enables users to see the JAQ guidance notes corresponding to each section of the questionnaire as they complete it on screen, eliminating the need to refer to a separate guidance document. This version does not replace the existing JAQ which is still available for use.

The electronic JAQ and instructions for use (including minimum system requirements) are available as part of the range of NHS Employers AfC implementation resources on the NHS WISE website at www.wise.nhs.uk/agendaforchange and as part of the AfC Resource pack available on the DH website.
