AAPT receives thanks from Scottish police
The AAPT has received thanks from Scottish police for providing assistance during 2007 to the Scottish Disaster Victim Recovery and Identification Team training courses and facilitated at the courses practical exercises held at the Scottish Police College.
Detective Chief Inspector Derek Robertson wrote to thank the AAPT and Alison Anderson for providing expertise, practical advice, information and presentations on temporary mortuaries and the role of the Anatomical Pathology Technologist.
Robertson wrote: "the expertise and practical advice that she passed to students was greatly appreciated and subject of positive remarks contained in the student evaluations. The Associations support is very much appreciated."
