Please note: all members who were registered for the members area of the old website need to re-register for the new website - please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused by this.

If you are a current member of the AAPT you can register and login to the members area but you first need to set-up a password using your AAPT membership number.

I am trying to set-up a password but I don't have my AAPT membership number
Your AAPT membership number will be on your membership card, renewals subscription form or membership confirmation letter. If you don't have your membership number please contact the AAPT office on 020 7278 2151 or mail@aaptuk.org and quote your date of birth.

I am trying to set-up a password but it won't recognise my details
This may be happening for the following reasons.

• Your AAPT membership number is incorrect. Please check your number on your card.
• If you have recently joined the AAPT within the last week the online database may not yet have your details. The database is updated as frequently as possible.
• Your membership is no longer current.

Please contact the AAPT office on 020 7278 2151 or mail@aaptuk.org.

I set-up a password but did not receive automatic confirmation
First of all please check your spam folders to make sure the email confirming registration has not been falsely recognised and sidelined as spam by your email provider/software.

Your email address may be out of date or incorrectly entered on your online profile. Please contact the AAPT office on 020 7278 2151 or mail@aaptuk.org quoting your membership number and date of birth.

About my forum user name
If you were a registered member on the old site your old forum user name will be automatically set-up upon registration. If you are a new member registering for the members area a new forum user name will be set for you but can contact mail@aaptuk.org quoting your membership number and date of birth to change it.

Password and/or forum user name changes and reminders

I have forgotten my password
You can use the password reminder facility found in the members area panel on the right-hand side of every public webpage. Your password will be automatically emailed to the address you supplied on registration.
