First of all please check your spam folders to make sure the email confirming registration has not been falsely recognised and sidelined as spam by your email provider/software.
Your email address may be out of date or incorrectly entered on your online profile. Please contact the AAPT office on 020 7278 2151 or mail@aaptuk.org quoting your membership number and date of birth.
About my forum user name
If you were a registered member on the old site your old forum user name will be automatically set-up upon registration. If you are a new member registering for the members area a new forum user name will be set for you but can contact mail@aaptuk.org quoting your membership number and date of birth to change it.

You can use the password reminder facility found in the members area panel on the right-hand side of every public webpage. Your password will be automatically emailed to the address you supplied on registration.
